Clement Canopy: A Joint Venture
The alliance of SingLand Homes Private Limited and UOL Venture Investments Private Limited were awarded the tender for developing the residential site at Clementi Avenue 1. The tender was awarded by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). The bid was awarded for $302.1 million. The group was offered the land on a 99-year lease term. The board of directors of the United Industrial Corporation Limited recently announced that SingLand Homes Private Limited and UOL Venture Investments Private Limited have formed a joint venture company called the United Venture Development (Clementi) Private Limited. This joint venture company was incorporated on December 24, 2015. The Urban Development Authority awarded the tender to this endeavour. The group had paid 25% of the bid amount to the URA and had to pay the remaining amount within 90 days of being awarded the tender. The price of the tender was financed from internal resources and bank borrowings.
Long story short, the two companies are big names in the real-estate field and together they are launching better projects. You can rely on those big names and expect an ultimate living experience in their apartments.
